Apple-Carrot-Ginger Glow Juice

• 2 medium apples (Honeycrisp or Fuji work great)
• 1 small orange, peeled
• ½ inch piece fresh ginger (or more for spice)
• ½ lemon, juiced
• ½ cup cold water (or ice cubes)
• Optional: a few mint leaves for garnish
